Inaugural Luncheon To Serve Hoosier Duck

(MILFORD) - Duck raised in Indiana will be part of the main course for today’s inaugural luncheon after the swearing-in of President-Elect Barack Obama and Vice President-Elect Joe Biden.
Milford-based Maple Leaf Farms says 100 pounds of duck breast has been sent to Washington, D.C. for the event.
