(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis-based software company is planning to expand by building a new world headquarters and hiring 139 new employees by 2014.

Gyansys President Raj Una says they haven't determined a location for the build yet but hopes to stay in the northern Marion-southern Hamilton County area.

Una says the company re-located to Indianapolis from Austin, Texas to be closer to some of their clients. He says the tax incentives offered by the state and the availability of capable workers made it an easy decision to expand in Indiana.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation has offered the company up to $2.1 million in performance-based tax credits and $30,000 in training grants for the workforce additions.
