NIPSCO Customers Should Expect Higher Bills In May
Last updated on Sunday, May 04, 2008
(CHESTERTON) - NIPSCO customers in Northern Indiana are bracing themselves for higher bills this month.
Northern Indiana Public Service Company officials say costs will increase by nearly 15 percent. Typical residential customers who use 50 therms of natural gas should expect a more than ten-dollar increase in their bills.
NIPSCO attributes the increase to a rise in wholesale natural gas prices.
