Wayne County Company To Lay Off 135

(RICHMOND) - Belden in Richmond has announced plans to lay off about 135 workers, or about 14% of its workforce, by the end of the month.
85 of the layoffs are expected to be permanent and about 50 are temporary positions.
Belden makes signal transmission products for data networking and specialty electronic markets and is the second-largest employer in Wayne County.
