Lilly Offering Buyout To 2,000 Employees
(INDIANAPOLIS) - Eli Lilly is cutting another 500 jobs.
Inside Indiana Business reports the company is streamlining a portion of its manufacturing operations in Indianapolis.
2,000 people are being given a buy-out/early retirement option.
Lilly is offering a voluntary exit program to employees in selected areas, with enhanced financial incentives for those who leave the company.
