(UNDATED) - Hoosier Energy and Wabash Valley Power are in the process of purchasing a power plant near Beecher City, Illinois for about $383-million dollars.
The deal is contingent on financing and other regulatory approvals.
However, the two power supply cooperatives hope to take ownership of the Holland Energy LLC plant in January 2009.
