(NEW ALBANY) - The creation of a new industrial park just outside of the New Albany city limits continues.
The project is threatened by an anti-annexation law that is being considering by state legislators.
Mayor Doug England said plans for the park continue out of necessity because New Albany is running out of land for industries. The mayor says the city needs the industrial park to keep the city alive.
