(NEW YORK) - UBS and Indianapolis-based mall retailer Finish Line have agreed to settle a dispute with Genesco over whether UBS would be required to finance a $1.5-billion dollar merger between Genesco and Finish Line.
Finish Line attorney Alan Salpeter says UBS and finish line will pay $175-million dollars in cash to Genesco and Finish Line will issue 12 percent of its class a common stock to Genesco under the settlement.
