Dairy Farmer Forced To Sell Following Charges

(HUNTINGTON) - A dairy farm blamed for environmental problems is being sold to resolve several legal proceedings against it.
Johannes Degroot will sell his Huntington farm to an Ohio-based company as part of an order barring him from operating livestock farms in Indiana through 2048.
Several manure discharges have spilled into tributaries of Northeastern Indiana's Salamonie Reservoir.
