ISO Certification For Muncie Hospital

(MUNCIE) - Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie has become the first hospital in the state to achieve ISO 9001: 2000 certification.
The certification is based on standards developed by the international standards organization that rank how a hospital manages its processes or activities to enhance customer satisfaction and meet regulatory requirements, while improving its performance.
