Enviromental Groups Oppose Duke Energy Plant

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Four environmental groups are opposing Duke Energy’s proposed $2 billion-dollar coal gasification power plant near Vincennes.
The state has approved an air permit for the plant, but opponents are appealing it. They say the permit would allow new air pollution emission sources and increases in air pollution beyond the legal limit.
