Casino Owner Withholds Tax Payments, Demands Roads

(GARY) - Riverboat casino owner Don Barden is withholding his casino’s monthly tax payment to the city of Gary.

He accuses the city of not building promised access roads to his Majestic Star Casino.

Gary's mayor says Barden's move will harm his cash-strapped city.
