Cabelas Store Delayed, Water Park Put On Hold

(GREENWOOD) - No Cabela’s means no water park.
Developers for a proposed water park near I-65 in Greenwood have put the project on hold citing the postponement of the outdoor superstore.
Officials for Splash Universe Park say the success of the park is tied to Cabela's. Four hotels are also planned or under construction in the same area.
