(TERRE HAUTE) - College students seeking careers in engineering and computer science will find an excellent job market this year.

That's according to director of career services at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology Kevin Hewerdine. He says companies have reloaded after the fall recruiting season and are coming back to college campuses to fill additional hiring needs.

Rose-Hulman will host a career day today, where a record 150 companies are expected to be in attendance.

Hewerdine's advice to students going to a career fair: preparation and more preparation. He says appearance is important, take plenty of resumes and plan on visiting a lot of company information booths.
