New Year's Snow Means Refunds For Jewelry Customers

(VALPARAISO) - Customers that bought gifts from Engstrom Jewelers in Valparaiso in December will soon be getting refunds.
The store ran a month-long promotion promising that purchase prices would be refunded if Porter County had a New Year's Day snow of four inches or more.
