Indianapolis Housing Market Outperforming Surrounding Metro Cities

(INDIANAPOLIS) - At the annual state of the real estate event in Indianapolis Thursday, presenters reported that the Central Indiana real estate market continues to outperform the metropolitan areas in surrounding states.
Growth was reported in the industrial, office, retail, land and residential markets but investment services slowed down in the latter part of the year. That's blamed on the interest rates and the new requirements for the amount of equity needed to buy properties.
