(EVANSVILLE) - Kentucky-based v has announced it will sell Casino Aztar in Evansville.
The announcement comes after the company lost its gaming license in New Jersey for the Tropicana resort.
Evansville Mayor Jonathan Weinzapfel, who has been critical of Aztar's management, says the sale is "great news for Evansville" and the city looks forward to meeting prospective buyers.
