(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indiana’s attorney general says a former Columbus spa has agreed to repay more than $10,000 to almost 100 customers who were unable to redeem the company’s gift cards.
Attorney General Steve Carter says the serenity salon and day spa received an eviction notice in August 2005 but continued to sell gift cards until the day before it closed in January 2006.
