(TIPTON) - An ethanol plant for Tipton County is not out of the question just yet.
The South Dakota company that purchased Asalliances Biofuels is seeking to renew land options. Verasun Energy bought Asalliances and currently controls three ethanol plants. The Linden operation came on earlier this year.
Economic development officials hope to meet with Verasun representatives sometime in the next two months.
