Eli Lilly's CEO To Retire

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly says Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board Sidney Taurel will retire as CEO at the end of March.
Taurel will remain chairman of the company's board of directors until the end of December 2008.
Current President and Chief Operating Officer John Lechleiter will take on the role of President and CEO once Taurel retires.
