(BUTLER) - An Indian company has bought the Dura Jack and tool-kit plant in Butler.
Autoline Industries already owns an engineering facility in Michigan.
Dura filed for bankruptcy last year -- the sale is part of the company's effort to restructure itself and emerge from bankruptcy before the end of the year.
