(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis-based Cohesant Technologies is selling off its Glascraft subsidiary.
Glascraft makes spray systems for polyurethane foam used in manufacturing.
Minneapolis-based Graco Incorporated will pay 35-million dollars for the business.
