Bloomington Hospital, Clarian Health To Integrate

(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Hospital has announced a partnership between their facility and Clarian Health, who runs Riley Hospital for Children, Indiana University Hospital and Methodist Hospital, all in Indianapolis.
The two non-profit organizations will merge, or "integrate," when boards of both companies agree to the nuts and bolts of the arrangement.
Bloomington Hospital CEO Mark Moore said since Indiana University is a key stakeholder in Clarian, it would only make sense to explore a partnership with the group as Clarian looks to strengthen ties to Southern Indiana.
