SEC Watching Warsaw Business

(WARSAW) - A Warsaw-based business is being investigated by the feds.

Zimmer Holdings Inc. is under the watch of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Zimmer Holdings makes orthopedic supplies.

They got a letter from the SEC regarding potential violations of the foreign corrupt practices act in the sale of medical devices.

Zimmer officials say they're cooperating with the investigation.
