Democratic Reps Upset At Honda Hiring Practices
(GREENSBURG) - A group of democratic state representatives from Muncie, Pendleton and Anderson have sent a letter to Indiana Secretary of Commerce Nate Feltman questioning the hiring practices of Honda for its Greensburg plant.
Honda announced that it would only hire two-thousand workers from the plant's 20 surrounding counties.
The lawmakers say that for any Hoosier to be denied even the opportunity to apply for a position seems grossly unfair.
