(SHELBYVILLE) - The Indiana Horse Racing Commission has given the green light to Indiana Downs Racetrack to move forward with its new casino complex.
The Shelbyville track plans to relocate the paddock and jockeys' quarters to build the casino building behind the grandstand.
Indiana's other horse track, Anderson'S Hoosier Park, has already unveiled its casino plans.
