Hoosier Housing Market Hurting

(UNDATED) - F.C. Tucker says pended home sales in Central Indiana for August were down more than 14% from august 2006.
Boone County was the only county in the region to record an increase in pended sales from one year ago, with a 2.4% increase.
Madison County showed the largest decrease in pended sales, with a 25.7% percent decrease from last August.
