High Tech Jobs Coming To Indiana

(PLYMOUTH) - A 1.1 million-dollar federal grant will be used to help bring high-tech businesses to Northern Indiana.
The grant comes from the U.S. Economic Development Administration, and it will go to the Techfarm project in Plymouth.
David miller, president of the Plymouth-Marshall County Technology Squared Initiative, said the grant will allow planners to begin the engineering work for the park, which will be built near the intersection of U.S. 30 and Pine roads.
Area officials and business leaders already have shown support for the project.
Next month, miller and other leaders of the project will attend an economic development administration meeting in Chicago, where they will receive additional guidelines on the use of the grant money, such as securing bids for construction.
