Decatur Honda Pay System Released

(GREENSBURG) - The Greensburg Daily News is reporting that Honda manufacturing of Indiana will use a progressive pay system at its new Decatur County plant.

New production associates will earn $14.84 an hour. From there, pay automatically increases, over a 24-month period, to $18.55 hourly.

Honda of Indiana will also offer performance bonuses and health benefits to its 2,000 production associates.

Honda is still sorting through more than 30 thousand applications. The first production associate interviews should be held in November.

The Greensburg plant is scheduled to begin production about one year from now.
