(LIVINGSTON) - A South Bend based company says it has suffered tens of millions of dollars in losses because of a Chinese company’s use of counterfeit trademarks.
The owner of the Chinese company has been arrested at Heathrow Airport in London after British authorities received a tip that he was on a flight from Hong Kong.
The man, 52-year-old Yuan Hongwei is accused of products using the brand name of Abro Industries.
