Angel Learning To Expand Facility And Workforce
(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis-based Angel Learning is expanding its headquarters and expects to more than double its workforce by 2012.
Angel Learning is an international developer and marketer of online learning systems.
The company plans to add at least 120 programmers, analysts, and marketers to its current 80-person workforce. It is also relocating its headquarters into a four-story office building at Intech Park--the building is still being constructed.
Angel Learning was created in 2000 and is a spin-off of an initiative at IUPUI.
Mayor Bart Peterson says the company's expansion is important because it brings jobs to the city, but also as a symbol of where the local economy is going.
