(UNDATED) - The national FFA foundation in Indianapolis says Toyota is increasing its support for the organization by donating 1.4 million dollars in cash.

The funds will be used to support student leadership development, alumni programs, local community projects and scholarships.

In addition, Toyota is providing 25 vehicles to agriculture education programs nationwide.

Toyota was a major sponsor last October, during the 79th national FFA convention, by providing courtesy vehicles to support transportation needs at the national convention.

They also worked with local Indiana FFA chapters to organize can hunger, a food drive to help the hungry through the gleaners food bank network in Central Indiana.
