Cummins Profits On The Rise

(COLUMBUS) - Columbus-based Cummins is reporting record revenues of 3.34 billion dollars in the second quarter, an 18 percent increase over the same period a year ago.
The company says earnings were down three percent in the quarter due to a one-time tax benefit.
The company says without the charge, earnings increased eleven percent in the quarter.
