Poultry Farms In Indiana Pose No Threat
(INDIANAPOLIS) - It tastes like chicken, and it’s safe to eat.
The Indiana State Board of Animal Health says chickens from about 38 poultry farms throughout Indiana that ate contaminated feed appear to pose no risk to human health.
The Food and Drug administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture determined the birds would have received such a small dose of that contaminant that it would not have affected the quality meat or eggs.
