IU Students Receive Beachfront Lots To Sell

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Students at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business are being given the opportunity to market and sell five undeveloped, beachfront lots on Dog Island, Florida.
The lots were donated by IU alum Stanley Benecki, President of Benecki Fine Homes.
Proceeds from the land's sale will be used to establish and support endowments for the Kelley School's Center For Real Estate Studies, a professorship and an undergraduate scholarship program.
