IBM To Build Second Service Center In Indiana

(MERRILLVILLE) - The IBM Corporation has selected Merrillville as the site of the second major service center in the state’s Eligibility Privatization Project.
The center will employ as many as 250 people and include a 75- to 90-station call center, a document processing operation and a data center.
The state's other service center is located in Marion.
