Caterpillar To Move Facilities To India

(LAFAYETTE) - Caterpillar says it plans to move production of a line of large engines from its plant in Lafayette to a similar facility in India.
Company officials say demand for the engine currently outstrips the Tippecanoe County plant's ability to make it.
No job losses are forecast as a result of the shift.
