(MADISON) - Madison Precision Products plans to bring new jobs to the area.

Madison Mayor Al Huntington says the $19-million dollar investment of the japanese company will create about 75 new jobs. Huntington says the jobs will pay more than the county average and should come in at more than 13 to 14-dollars an hour. Huntington also says that city, county and state officials all cooperated to make the expansion possible.

Madison Precision Products manufactures aluminum parts for the automotive industry. This is the company's fifth expansion since establishing operations in Madison.
