SOUTH LAWRENCE CO. – A precautionary boil order for South Lawrence Utility customers is in effect until further notice.
A large main break Saturday is the cause for the order.
Bring all water to a boil. Let water boil vigorously for 2 minutes. Let the water cool before using, or use bottled water.
Pre-boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, brushing teeth, washing vegetables, washing dishes, making infant formula, all food preparation, and consumption, and making or using ice until further notice.
