1. Second Public hearing for Melissa Hamilton for a Variance from Developmental Standards for her property located at 2435 I Street. They wish to do a minor subdivision of the property however one of the new parcels will be less than the required minimum lot size of 6000 square feet for an R-3 Medium Density Residential District.
