SHAWSWICK – Firefighters are currently battling a house fire at 124 Eastern Heights Drive after the fire reportedly began in the bathroom.
Firefighters from Shawswick, Marion Township, Indian Creek, and Owen-Salt Creek from Jackson County were all on the scene to fight the fire that began to spread to an adjacent home.
The homeowner and a Shawswick firefighter were treated at the scene by an I.U. Health Ambulance.
