Nancy J. Wade, 86, of Columbus, IN, passed away at 1:27 am on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at Bell Trace Health & Living in Bloomington.
Born November 27, 1935, she was the daughter of Bruce and Lena Brown. She married Robert E. Wade and he preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Bedford High School and was a homemaker. Nancy enjoyed sports and was a tennis player and avid golfer boasting a hole-in-one at the Harrison Lake Country Club in June 2003.
Survivors include a sister, Peggy J. Greene, of Indianapolis; nieces and nephews, Rudy Fields (Kay), of Bloomington,
Anthony Greene (Sheryl) of Palm Beach, FL, Rodney Fields (Bonita), of Bedford, Roland Fields (Shelley), of Nineva, IN,
Robin Wells (Jim), of Lafayette, IN, and Timothy Greene (Laura), of Cutler, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister, Patricia Carrico.
