BEDFORD – Dementia Friendly Orange County will be hosting a virtual dementia tour on Wednesday, March 9th at 1500 Clinic Drive in Bedford from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Not only do cognitive changes take place when someone is diagnosed with dementia, but physical changes happen too. These changes can affect many senses making everyday living difficult.
To better understand the changes your loved one with dementia may be facing, participate in the Virtual Dementia Tour. Here, the Rural Dementia Network staff will simulate the physical changes that often take place with a dementia diagnosis and talk through how you can make life easier for your loved one.
