Yvonne Stone, 83, of Shoals, passed February 26, 2022, at the Loogootee Nursing Center.
She was born November 25, 1938, in Shoals to David and Ruth (Lindley) Tinkle. She attended Shoals High School.
She is survived by her children, Mary Jo Mullins, Darren Bruce Stone, and Sonja Davis; seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, many nieces, and nephews; brothers Tennis Tinkle and Harold (Loretta) Tinkle; and sisters Lana Bush and Brenda Tedrow.
Preceding her in death are her children, Evelyn Padgett and Randy “Doc” Stone; and siblings, Janet Ragains, Jack Tinkle, Clara Wininger, William Bill Tinkle, Carolyn Sue Bailey, Carl Tinkle, Pam Blair, Linda Courtright, and Danny Tinkle.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2022, with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until service time at Queen-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes.
