JASPER – Jasper Police arrested an Orleans woman Monday after officers found her passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle at Dunkin Donuts on Newton Street in Jasper.
Police arrested 29-year-old Emily Blanton on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Before being transported to jail she was taken to Memorial Hospital for a medical evaluation due to her level of intoxication on meth. She was then transported to the Dubois County Security Center where she is being held without bond until her initial hearing.
