BEDFORD – The Bedford Board of Zoning and Appeals met in a regular session Tuesday afternoon, to approve a variance to construct a pole barn on a vacant property.

In order for Daryl Peterson to construct the pole barn at 14th and F streets, a variance was required as there are no current structures on the property. The board unanimously approved the variance.
