BEDFORD – During the Bedford Plan Commission meeting Tuesday, members elected and voted for 2022 as well as holding a preliminary hearing for a minor-subdivision.
Byron Buker was nominated to remain President of the Commission, with Scott Moore again as Vice President and Brandon Woodward remaining Secretary.
After fulfilling the elections, a primary hearing for Stone City Properties LLC was held to divide their property at 1201 Limestone Dr. and the adjoining vacant land into three separate parcels of land. All three plots will have entry access points from John Williams Boulevard, Beech Street, and Limestone Drive.
The commission voted to approve this request and move it forward to a public hearing, which will take place during the February meeting, set to take place on February 8th at 4:00 p.m.
