Springville woman caught on visitation video violating protective order and is arrested

BEDFORD – A Springville woman was arrested when a warrant was issued for her arrested after she violated a protective order on Friday, December 10, 2021.

Police arrested 32-year-old Hope Grissom, of Springville, on two counts of invasion of privacy.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Lawrence County Jail Commander Capt. Jimmy Saunders reported he was reviewing visitation videos and found two videos visits between Noah Dike and Hope Grissom. Both of these visits were remote visits and not onsite. Hope had used the name Brandi Dike to visit with Dike. Captain Saunders recognized the female in the visit as Hope Grissom. Captain Saunders also knew a no-contact order between Grissom and Dike existed.

The information was forwarded to the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office and a warrant was issued for Grissom’s arrest.
