INDIANAPOLIS – Governor Eric J. Holcomb will chair a joint public meeting of the board of directors of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and the Indiana Economic Development Foundation Inc. at 4 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Dec. 14, at Butler University in Indianapolis on the second floor of the Atherton Union building (704 W. Hampton Dr.) in the Reilly Room.
The entrepreneurship, business development, and audit and finance committees of the board of directors of the IEDC will also hold public meetings on Tuesday at Butler in the Bill and Joanne Dugan Hall building (625 Butler Way).
- 2 p.m. – Entrepreneurship committee meeting (Room 222)
- 2:15 p.m. – Business development committee meeting (Room 202)
- 2:15 p.m. – Audit and finance committee meeting (Room 348)
Prior, to Butler, the entrepreneurship committee will hold an executive session at 12:30 p.m., the business development committee will hold an executive session at 1 p.m., and the audit and finance committee will hold an executive session at 1:30 p.m. In addition, the board of directors of the IEDC will meet in the executive session at 3 p.m. at Butler. These executive sessions will be held for consideration of confidential pending investment requests made to the state of Indiana by industrial or commercial prospects (confidential proposals in progress), discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute, discussion of records containing trade secrets, and confidential application information as provided in Indiana Code §§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4) and (7) and Indiana Code §§ 5-14-3-4(a)(4) and (10).
