PAOLI – The Orange County Republican Central Committee will conduct a caucus on December 22 to fill the
vacancy for the Orange County Treasurer created by the resignation of Billie Deel, which will be effective
Jan. 2, 2022.
The caucus will be held at 7 p.m. at the Paoli Town Hall, at 110 North Gospel Street, in Paoli.
The caucus is closed to the public until the discussion of candidate qualifications is completed.
Interested Republican candidates in good standing must file a notarized declaration of candidacy (State Form CEB-5) found on the Secretary of State website at http//www.in.gov/sos/ along with a letter of interest to Orange County Republican Chairman Amy Morris at 200 NW 5th Street, Paoli, IN 47454 or to Ms. Morris personally
before December 19th at 7 p.m. in order to be eligible to be considered for the vacancy.
No candidate declaration forms will be accepted after the deadline.
